    Our recruiting process

    Anxious before the interview, not too sure about how to prepare? Our advice? Just be yourself! We select our employees based on their attitude and potential, and we value honesty and authenticity immensely, since these two traits are some of our guiding principles. Our recruiting and hiring process is structured in four steps:

    Step 1: Introduction-Online Interview 

    The first stage of our recruiting process includes and online interview with the HR Department and the Innovation Lead. In the beginning, we want to get to know you better, including your experience, your motivation behind applying, and your expectations for the specific role. Additionally, we want to share with you some things regarding our product, values, and aspirations.

    Step 2: Deep dive to the specifications of the role 

    It is crucial for us to understand your professional experience and see if you can fit or not with our company culture. For that reason, the second stage of our recruitment process includes a take home -case study, focused on the needs of each role, to give us a better sense of your skills, and your mindset. There are no correct or wrong answers here! Feel free to create and innovate! Within 2 business days we evaluate it and come back to you regarding the next steps.

    Step 3: Interview with our CEO and the Team Lead  

    As a last step we have an interview with our CEO + the Team Lead, where we are discussing your answers in the case study and evaluate the value compatibility.

    Your responsibilities

    As an App Store Manager your basic responsibilities
    will be:

    • Manage the relationships with our platform/outlet partners.
    • Market our apps on all app stores/outlets (e.g. Google Play) and TV platforms (e.g. Viewd).
    • Research new platform opportunities
    • Improving our app tracking and attribution.
    • Conceptualize and execute tests to improve our app store presence and support developing the Marketing strategy of Pzaz
    • Analysis of Marketing measures and app usage to improve campaign performance and retention
    • Planning, implementation and execution of app marketing campaigns

    Your Background

    • Experience in the (App) marketing industry
    • Marketing or Business background
    • Very good analytical and coordination skills
    • Great writing skills and knowing how to prepare images and other formats.
    • Good communication skills
    • Quick perception and structured working methods
    • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, specifically app tracking and attribution
    • Good communication skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Experience in startups (nice to have)
    • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
