    We need someone responsible for managing analytics for the Pzaz and TVMucho products. This involve understanding what data we currently have access to as a team, defining the requirements for all analytics that are needed across the company, and becoming the internal customer for our development team to deliver these analytics for internal customers. You will work with other cross functional ops and marketing departments to address and resolve all ad ops issues in a timely manner.

    Your objectives.

    As the Data Analyst, you will be measured against the following objectives:

    • The business has developed a full and comprehensive analytical picture of its users behaviour.
    • An effective process for defining new data/analytics requirements and having these delivered internally, has been designed and implemented.
    • The business can make useful decisions on business strategy and direction based on hard, quantifiable evidence.
    • We have a fully developed analytics platform and business capability.
    • We have developed and launched a data warehouse to enable the future use of big datasets and machine learning.

    What you will do.

    In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Creating, planning and managing advertising delivery for all online ad campaigns in order to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.
    • Optimising campaigns based on KPIs set to ensure full delivery & advertising return.
    • Oversee detailed elements of the project, including tracking metrics, identifying any issues that may be positively and negatively impacting performance, and making adjustments in the shorter amount of time possible.
    • Focus on various specialized areas of advertising, such as display (banner and rich media ads), video, text, search (Google search ads), mobile advertising and more.
    • Handle multiple functions simultaneously alongside the Marketing and Ops teams, including technical tasks, project management, elaborate copy and budgeting.
    • Develop a system for collecting and prioritizing all tasks based on importance.
    • Providing analysis on report, making suggestions for campaign optimization and elaborate timely reports for management and other related areas in order to improve area performance.
    • Work together with the Marketing and Support Team as well as our Digital Media Agency to streamline campaigns and bug detection.

    What you will bring.

    Required Skills:

    • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
    • Deep understanding of industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Kibana, Hotjar, etc.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in everything you contribute to.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, remote-working, international environment.
    • The ideal candidate will possess excellent English – both verbally and in writing.
    • Proven experience managing analytics in a business setting.
    • At least 2 years‚Äô demonstrable experience in a digital marketing role.
    • Capability to adapt, engage, influence and motivate colleagues of all levels.
    • Can-do attitude, with a passion for learning and applying new approaches.

    Desired skills:

    • A bachelor‚Äôs degree or higher qualification in a media and communications-related area would be beneficial but not essential.
    • Being comfortable in a digital and technical environment, and expertise with related specialty areas such as social media or video platforms.
    • Hands-on experience in testing techniques and testing tools.
