PZAZ – Major Feature Update

Discover the New Scriptwriting Features and Assist Mode!

We're excited to share some major updates that will make your experience with Pzaz even better! Check out the new features and improvements below:

New Features

1. Script Editor

Introducing our redesigned Scriptwriting Tool, made to help you create the script of your dreams! Here's what's new:

  • Customize your script thumbnails with colors and images.
  • Easily create copies or drafts of your script.
  • Enjoy a more intuitive, user-friendly interface for smoother navigation.
  • Coming soon: Import your existing scripts directly into the tool and continue where you left off.
  • Export feature will be available soon, making it simple to share your scripts with others.
  • You can now add comments directly to your script! Just highlight the text and click the comment button.

    • 2. Updated Settings Design

    We've revamped the settings page with a clean, easy-to-navigate design for a smoother user experience.

    3. Invite Button

    Now, inviting team members to your workspace is easier than ever with the new invite feature in the updated settings.

    4. Locations Page

    We've added a Locations page under the Production tab. Here, you can:

  • Select locations by region.
  • Leave comments, add images, and manage your shooting locations all in one place.

    • 5. Elements Section

    Track all the equipment you need for filming in the new Elements section under Production. Simply create items and add details as needed!

    6. Demo Workspace

    Unsure how to use a feature? All new users now can switch to our "Demo" workspace by enabling Assist Mode with a click. We've created this for you to explore and experiment without affecting your own projects.

    7. 1-to-1 Calls (VOIP)

    Our new VOIP functionality now allows seamless one-to-one calls between users.

    Updates to Existing Features

    1. New Script Creation/Import Popup

    We've added a new popup to help you quickly create a script or import an existing one (coming soon).

    2. Empty State Screen

    We've improved the guidance and experience on several pages with new designs to help you start your journey.

    3. General Bug Fixes

    We've fixed various bugs to ensure you have the best experience possible with Pzaz.
